We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colors, textures, or details will exactly match the physical product.

4. Order and Payment Terms

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date your order is placed. Processing times may be slightly longer during promotional periods or holidays.

Shipping Regions

We ship worldwide with the exception of some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

• In its original condition
• Unused and unopened
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

• Lacquers (STEP 3) and Mini Lacquers
• SPA & BODY products (once the seal is broken)
• Any products from opened Full System Kits or Mini System Kits

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Securely pack the items with original packaging
4. Ship your return to our returns department
5. Receive your refund or exchange once we process your return

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of our receipt of returned items. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent you the wrong item or a defective product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dazzle Dry Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service

In no event shall Dazzle Dry Store’s aggregate liability exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars (US$100.00) or the amount you have paid to Dazzle Dry Store in the past six months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
