Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and unopened
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

  • Lacquers (STEP 3) and Mini Lacquers – Due to their nature as cosmetic liquids
  • SPA & BODY products – Once the seal is broken
  • Any products from opened Full System Kits or Mini System Kits

We can only accept returns of these items if they are completely sealed and unused.

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  2. Receive Return Authorization – Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Items – Securely pack the items you’re returning, including the original packaging and any documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return – Send your package to our returns department at the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Timeline & Method

After we receive your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of our receipt of the returned items
  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent you the wrong item or a defective product
  • For payments made through PayPal, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB), refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing time

If you requested an exchange, we will ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return, using the same shipping method as your original order unless otherwise requested.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, and provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the incorrect or damaged item.

International Returns

As we serve customers across North America, Europe, and other regions, please note:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning items
